John Doe Flight Jacket – Black

John Doe’s Flight jacket is a well executed Bomber style jacket that looks casual but is ready for riding. It’s a deceptively lightweight jacket that packs a punch. Its protective properties come in the shape of John Doe’s signature XTM-Fiber which is made up of three layers: Aramid fibre on the outer layer offering abrasion resistance, an inner Coolmax layer for temperature regulation and woven Lycra for that comfortable stretch fit. Comfort and protection are paramount with this jacket so you don’t need to sweat it on the road. John Doe’s armour set in the shoulders and elbows is included to absorb impact should you happen to hit the tarmac. There’s also an optional back protector pocket if you choose to upgrade for even more impact protection. It’s what makes this casual jacket ready for business. 

The ribbed collar and cuff are staples of a bomber jacket, and so is the zipped sleeve pocket. The latter is finished with a John Doe’s crossed spanners logo. Hidden in the cuff is a super soft inner sleeve extension with thumb hole that seals the gap between glove and jacket and keeps the wind out of your sleeves, should you choose to use it. The fit is relaxed, as you’d expect from this style of jacket, but fitted enough to prevent it flapping should you feel the need to twist that throttle.
