Merlin Exile Explorer Jacket – Green

A continuation of the Merlin ethos, aiming to help push the motorcycle industry forward to a greener tomorrow, the futureproof Exile Exile jacket combines universal casual appeal with hardy adventure properties for a long-lasting, practical riding garment. Crafted with the eco-conscious adventurer in mind, Merlin uses 100% organic ripstop cotton from Halley Stevensons® with a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent finish. All-in-all the Exile is produced using 45% less CO2e and 50% less water, resulting in a sustainable, environmentally friendly riding jacket.

The abrasion-resistant outer is backed by a high spec Texland Humax® waterproof and breathable membrane, designed to combat the worst conditions mother nature can throw at you, keeping you safe and dry when you need it most. A premium close-knit mesh is included for supreme rider comfort. Pre-fitted in the jacket are the barely-noticeable D3O® Level 1 elbow, shoulder, and back armour inserts, with pockets for chest armour if you’re looking for an upgrade.

The Exile is equipped with plenty of storage options for your essentials, with high-quality YKK zippers throughout. There are plenty of adjustment tabs on the arms and hem so you can customise your fit, and a connecting strap and zipper help the Exile stay in place. The tank guard on the central zipper is a more than handy feature, stopping you from damaging your pride and joy while you ride, and the fold-back collar is ideal for summer riding.
