1. Who We Serve

Our products and services are designed for motorcycle enthusiasts who value both safety and style on the road. We currently ship to most international locations except certain Asian and remote regions.

2. Your Account Responsibilities

As a Ride Style Shop user, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Not impersonate others or use others’ payment methods
• Be at least 18 years old to make purchases

3.1 Product Descriptions

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making a binding offer to purchase. We’ll confirm receipt immediately and process within 1-2 business days.

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Pricing & Currency

All prices are in USD. While we check accuracy, if we discover an error, we’ll contact you before processing and offer the option to cancel.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

5.2 International Orders

Customs delays may occur. Any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

5.3 Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 3 days. After 15 days, we consider the order successfully delivered.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• Unused with original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase provided

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, these items can’t be returned unless defective:

• Full Face Helmets
• Open Face Helmets
• Heated Gloves
• Neck Tubes, Scarves & Masks

6.3 Return Process

2. Wait for approval (1 business day)
3. Ship to: 12 Saint Andrews Crossover, Severna Park, US 21146
4. Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after inspection

Note: Customers pay return shipping unless the error was ours.

All website content, logos, and product designs are owned by Ride Style Shop. You may not use our branding without written permission. Product photos are for illustrative purposes – actual items may vary slightly.
